Contemporary Elm 'Coin Dish'

This contemporary shallow dish design is one of my favourite.  It's simplicity allows the wood to do the talking.  On the cusp of becoming a medium sized 'bowl' (51/2 " wide x 21/2" deep), it would be an ideal depository for keys and coins or those things you just need to know where they are.  Decorated with 3 grooves that have been burned to a dark black the design is truly striking.
